Description | Mingus Mountain Communication Site Construction Project: project consists of furnishing all labor, supervision, materials, licenses, permits, insurance, transportation, and equipment necessary for: Properly removing and disposing of the existing Mingus Mountain Communication Building and all equipment, Removing existing waveguide bridge support and waveguide, removing and disposing of existing generator, relocating the existing 20-feet 6-inches by 11-feet 6-inches precast concrete communication building from ED5 substation in Arizona to Mingus Mountain, and anchoring it to the existing slab-on-ground. Performing all upgrades to the building as indicated in these specifications and on the Contract drawings to provide a complete building system, installing a new 13-feet 6-inches by 11-feet 6-inches Government-furnished precast concrete generator enclosure building and anchoring it to the existing slab-on-ground, providing and installing the building interface details that connect the two buildings together in accordance with these specifications and the Contract drawings, installing a new Government-furnished generator set and transfer switch in the generator enclosure building, providing galvanized steel entry platforms on concrete pads, providing mechanical and LP gas utilities and associated electrical and mechanical equipment, providing electrical utilities and associated electrical equipment, providing power distribution, lighting, grounding, and communications, installing waveguide bridge support and waveguide, moving the temporary communication building back to the DSW office once the other buildings are up and running. |
