Electric Service Upgrades at the Tulsa Community College Northeast Campus

The project will include all materials and labor necessary for an electrical service upgrade. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before time set for opening bids, as well as bids received after time set for opening bids, will be returned unopened. Upon receipt of an acceptable bid, the contract will be awarded within thirty (30) days after opening of bids and the written contract executed within ten (10) days thereafter. Any party submitting a sealed proposal for the public facilities herein before identified shall be required to comply with all terms, conditions and provisions of the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974 (as amended) of the State of Oklahoma (Title 61, 102-131). A cashier's check, certified check or surety bond in amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. Checks or surety bonds will be returned to unsuccessful bidders. The College reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities. Completion time, qualifications, and money will be a consideration in awarding a contract.
