Description Approximately 13,500 people located in the heart of the Upper Valley. Through the Energy Chapter of its Master Plan, official policy approved by the Planning Board and City Council, the City has a goal to establish Lebanon as "a leader in energy efficiency, renewable energy reliance, and innovation across municipal, commercial, institutional, and residential sectors." Two of the key future outcomes are that the "City relies upon as much local renewable energy as possible" and that the "City's residential, commercial, and institutional sectors privately invest in energy efficiency and renewable energy projects."
