Cleveland Community College Bridge Replacement

Demolition and replacement of a pedestrian bridge connecting two buildings on campus. Question Deadline 07/07/2023 at 2:00 PM ET Bidders Questions: Architect will provide responses at Prebid conference to bidders questions received up to two business days prior to conference. The Owner and the State reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals. Project consists of demolition and replacement of the pedestrian bridge between the Wright Complex (Building A) and the Jack Hunt Campus Center (Building B) on the Cleveland Community College in Shelby, North Carolina. This also includes the erection of a temporary stair at The Wight Complex to make code compliant and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Complete plans, specifications and contract documents will be available for inspection at the Designerís location during normal business hours after June 26, 2023.
