Description

Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Subcontracts for Architect/Engineer services at FNLCR to support owned and leased off-site facilities: Design and renovation work are done in accordance with the guidelines of the National Institutes of Health Design Requirements Manual, and Leidos Biomed Facilities Maintenance and Engineering Procedures (FMEP), Guide Specifications (GS) and Standard Specifications (SS). As a prime contractor, Leidos Biomed issues subcontracts under the guidelines of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Full Service firms or teams having mechanical, architecture, civil, mechanical and electrical capability are encouraged to submit their SF 330 for consideration. One subcontract will be awarded to a qualified firm. The Subcontract shall be for two (2) years, with three (3) one-year options. The Subcontract shall be awarded to a qualified full-service A&E firm or team with general institutional and utility/infrastructure facilities design, with a concentration on mechanical systems, especially HVAC systems, electrical, and with some background in biomedical research laboratories and animal care type facilities.
