| Description | 1. Demo existing rubber tread and tile from steps and landing, remove glue and prep for new flooring 2. Supply and install new Roppe rubber treads, risers and rubber tile for landings - color Black. Includes new 6” rubber cove base at landings – color Black Area of wall repair for new base installation by others 3. Installation of stair treads and 2 landings to match for stairwell #5: 1. Treads will be of equal to Koffler treads A60510 Color Black. (Manufactures Roppe, Johnsonite, Flexco) provide submittal of all materials and product data for approval. 2. Risers shall match solid Black- match existing stairwell pattern (diamond- verify in field). 3. Landings shall match A60510 24x24 Color Black 4. Use of rubber stair tread adhesive and nose epoxy (as per manufactures recommendations for proper install). 4. Install new base molding at both landings after landings are installed.
