Description

The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor defects in bids or bidding procedure, or reject any and all bids. The removal of the existing CMPA culverts and the installation of a new 8-foot x 5-foot three-sided concrete structure, headwalls, and associated storm sewer. The work will also include the removal and restoration of pavement, curb, asphalt trail, sidewalks, and pedestrian railing. Work shall be constructed under a Lump Sum Contract.
