| Description | Project generally consists of utility, concrete and roadway paving improvements to Pullman Loop, Trestle Way, Signal Court and Lackawanna Court located within the Culver Station Area of the Township. The work involved with these improvements includes the maintenance and protection of traffic, removal / replacement of approximately 80 ± existing water service curb boxes; reconstruction of approximately 20 ± existing sanitary sewer manhole structures; removal / replacement of approximately 815 lf ± of various sizes of storm sewer pipes; installation of 6" PPT underdrain pipe, where ordered; reconstruction of storm sewer manhole structures; removal / replacement of approximately 22 ± existing inlets with various Types of new inlet structures; television inspection of upgraded storm sewer pipe reaches; cutting and removal of existing trees, installation of new street trees; repair and restoration of existing granite block curbs; removal of approximately 500 lf ± of concrete curb and/or granite block curb; removal of approximately 11,500 sq. ft. ± of existing concrete sidewalks, driveways and aprons; construction of approximately 300 lf ± of standard Township concrete curb and 250 lf ± of granite block curb; construction of approximately 9,500 sq. ft. ± of 4" thick standard Township concrete sidewalk and 3,000 sq. ft. ± of 6" thick Township reinforced concrete sidewalks, driveways or aprons; furnishing and installation of cast-in-place handicapped sidewalk ramp delineation; existing asphalt driveway restoration; roadway milling of approximately 15,000 sq. yds. ± of existing asphalt pavement; crack / joint preparation and furnish / installation of joint sealer, if and where ordered; cutting / removal of approximately 1,100 sq. yds. ± of existing asphalt roadway pavement; installation of approximately 600 tons ± of hot mix asphalt base course; the resurfacing of the entire roadways with approximately 2,300 tons ± of hot mix asphalt surface course; furnishing and installation of topsoil / seed; and all other preparation, restoration and associated work | ||||||
