| Description | The primary project scope includes, but is not limited to, sprinkler and fire alarm upgrades with hazardous materials abatement and general construction work required to support the upgrades. Hazmat work includes mold remediation and asbestos abatement associated with door removals and wall removals. General construction includes removing and replacing a sliding door, creating soffits for sprinkler piping, and creating a new storage room in the garage. Site work includes replacing the existing domestic water service with a larger water service capable of supporting the sprinkler system. Fire protection work includes providing an NFPA 13R compliant sprinkler system and providing an NFPA 72 compliant fire alarm system. |
