Description

Scope of work shall include equipment and labor to replace the air handler, evaporator coils, condenser unit, refrigerant, line-sets, thermostat and all other ancillary items needed to replace the existing system with a new and complete system having capacities that match or exceed the existing system. The new equipment must be compatible with the existing electrical power feeds. Contractor shall also include a new disconnect for the outdoor condenser unit. Acceptable equipment manufactures include Trane, Daikin, Mitsubishi, Rheem, or other equivalent manufactures with approval from Outagamie County.
