Martin County Board of County Commissioners Attn: Purchasing Division 2401 S.E. Monterey Road Stuart, Florida 34996. The Board of County Commissioners, Martin County, Florida, will receive sealed bids for: PALM CITY PLACE PARK IMPROVEMENTS Martin County is seeking bids from licensed Contractors for the construction and installation of park improvements including but not limited to a new picnic shade structure, fishing pier, ping pong tables, cornhole sets, chess/checker picnic tables, trash receptacles, benches, a lighted water fountain, landscaping, irrigation and other incidental work as shown and specified in the Contract Documents. This project is partially funded with federal grant funds; therefore, the successful Contractor shall comply with all applicable local, State, and federal procurement laws and regulations. Martin County is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer. As of January 24, 2023, a general contractor has been awarded. Sub bidding is open for all trades due by February 7, 2023. All interested subcontractors please contact estimating@dipompeoconstruction.com for access to project documents and notify of intent to bid. Construction is expected to start mid-February 2023.
