| Description | 2023 Road Repair / Construction Bids must be mailed to City of Burke, 3770 Tidwell Road, Burke, TX 75941 ATTN: ROAD. The City of Burke reserves the right to reject any and all Bids in the best interest of the city. Contractors should include all costs of labor and material in their bid. Bids should be written or typed legibly. Interested individuals must be at least 18 years of age. Individuals are responsible for all necessary insurance for personal injuries or personal property. Payment for each job will be after the completion of the job that meets all expectations. The City of Burke reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids for any reason deemed necessary.
