Work under this contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to remove existing units and provide HVAC installation and replacements at MLK Community Center in a competent and professional manner and in compliance with all applicable safety and technical related codes and laws. Permitting, pre and post installation test and balancing are included in the scope. Bid Form 3 defines the HVAC units to be removed and replaced.
