Major components of the Work include: Construction of a new 1,166 single-story, slab on grade, wood framed terminal building at the Chamberlain Municipal Airport in Chamberlain, South Dakota Site civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components Construction of new grinder pump system with directionally bored sanitary sewer force main and water service connections Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. This work shall be subject to minimum wages and labor standards in accordance with the U.S. Department of Labor. The City of Chamberlain reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the City.
