furnish and install one (1) Kohler generator set KG60 open unit (or approved equal) for indoor installation. Generator shall be rated for 60KW 120/208 volts 3 phase with a 4P8x alternator PMG at 209 amps. The above generator shall be equipped for natural gas fuel. Included with generator installation shall be the following: Controller: o AMP 402 with alarm indicating lights o Shutdown indicator lights gauges and meters Cooling system accessories shall be as follows: o Block heater Radiator and water drain valve o Exhaust system with silencer and flexible connector o (1) 200 Amp thermal magnetic circuit breaker o Battery rack, charger and battery shall be included o (1) automatic transfer switch rated at 200 amp 3 pole 208 volts 3 phase 4 wire All bidders will be required to remove the existing fire department generator transfer switch and replace. The removed equipment will be placed at a secure location within the fire department grounds. Additionally, all bidders will be required to install all necessary equipment to make the above new generator set operational. Including exhaust to outside air using existing penetrations natural gas and air intake duct work to new unit. Additionally, a new air intake louver shall be installed along with motor. All work and equipment shall include manuals training and a one year warranty. Existing louvers are 60x42 with motorized damper.
