Description

It is the intent of Niagara County to contract with a professional planning and/or engineering consulting firm capable of creating a master site development plan for the establishment of a new industrial park. The master site development plan will include proposed land use and lot configuration; market sectors that should be targeted; utility and infrastructure assessment with associated implementation plan and cost estimates for buildout of the necessary infrastructure to support an industrial park; stamped engineering drawings for all road, utility, and stormwater infrastructure; site rezoning; and completion of all studies required as part of a Generic Environmental Impact Statement (GEIS). The master site development plan will provide a roadmap and detailed implementation plan to transform the vacant parcel into an industrial park.
