Description

DCAMM Certificate. The Project consists of: Unit bathroom renovations, including, but not limited to, removal of existing tub and installation of new walk-in shower pan; new shower solid surface wall panels and backup; removal of existing shower valve, lever, showerhead and spout and installation of new; removal of existing toilet and flange and installation of new; removal of existing wall hung lavatory and installation of new; removal of wall mounted bathroom accessories and installation of new; bathroom painting; relocation of wall mounted lighting and new fixture; removal of existing interior doors and frames and installation of new, including revisions to existing openings for new door assemblies. Four additional common area toilet rooms are included in the base scope of work. All existing flooring includes asbestos in the mastic.
