| Description | Contractor to assess the state of the facility’s boiler, deaerator, and condensate tank integrity and perform end of life study. The contractor shall supply all personnel, labor, material and equipment to inspect and test the boilers and ancillary equipment. The contractor shall provide a complete written report fully describing all inspections and tests performed, findings, and recommendations. The condition of all items inspected shall be stated whether acceptable or deficient. Provide calculations for remaining life based on calculated present maximum allowable working pressure vs. original maximum allowable working pressure when the boiler was new. Show locations and extent of all non-destructive testing by sketches. |
