This project is for the replacement of the existing structure that carries SR 4023 (Blacks Hill Road) over Beaver Dam Creek in Somerset County. The existing Concrete Closed Spandrel Arch Structure will be replaced with a Single Span Composite Spread Box Beam Bridge and includes minor roadway approach work, intersection improvements with Mountain Road, guide rail upgrades and other miscellaneous construction, as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for STATE ROUTE 4023, SECTION 02B, in SOMERSET COUNTY, JENNERSTOWN BOROUGH at the locations indicated on the plan.
