Description | This is a non-personal service contract to remove, relocate and/or construct cubicle offices for Program Management Branch, Dam and Levee Safety Section and Real Estate Division on behalf of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) at the Jadwin Building, Fort Point Reservation, 2000 Fort Point Road, Galveston, TX. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, transportation (vehicles), tools, parts/materials, management/supervision, other items, and non-personnel services necessary to perform Jadwin Cubicle Reconfiguration, as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except as specified in Attachment 1 as government-furnished property. The work in this contract included removal, relocation, shifting and/or construction of cubicles and electrical work with the use of existing cubicle parts. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. All work shall be performed in accordance with (IAW) industry and commercial practices, using commercial/industry standard equipment, materials, supplies and tools. Copies of all required licenses, certificates and Contracting permits shall be provided to the Contracting Officer (KO) prior to the start of the contract performance. The contractor's performance shall be based on the Contract Officer's Representative (COR) and KO evaluation of the results required by the Performance Requirement Summary and not the frequency or method of performance. It is at the contractor's discretion to determine the levels of frequency to attain the level of service at the best value. The Contractor shall comply with applicable federal, regional, state, local laws and commercial standards to include obtaining required licenses, certificates and permits. A competent/qualified technician (reference 1.13) must be present at all times while personnel are working on site. |
