Site Clearing and Parking Improvements

Engineering Firms to Construct parking lots and perform site development at the Savannah / Hilton Head International Airport. A topographical survey with cross-sectioning is required. Services shall include, but are not limited to, the following: Topographical Survey Conceptual Design, Scheduling and Cost Estimating, Permitting, Final Design and Preparation of Construction Documents, Show Drawing Review, Construction Management – RFI and Submittal Management, As-Built Drawings if required by the City of Savannah at Close-Out.

Division 02 -	Existing Conditions, Subsurface Investigation.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Grading, Earthwork Methods.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
