Description | The Massachusetts Port Authority ("Massport" or the "Authority") invites Proposals from qualified firms Interested in entering into an agreement for goods or services. In a project as mission critical as the EOC upgrade, thorough planning and stakeholder involvement is critical for successful execution. Should the selected Proposer's solution require power, networking, or HVAC beyond that which exists in the current facilities, Massport may conduct that work under separate contracts. Proposed project schedules shall account for any anticipated dependencies and shall clearly state all assumptions made regarding turnaround time for work to be done outside of the selected Proposer's contract. Location- Massachusetts State Police Troop F Headquarters 2 Service Road East Boston, MA 02128 Massport is a multi-faceted organization with diverse operational and public safety response needs. Massport's Emergency Operations Center ("EOC") must be equipped to support the resources and operations required to respond to incidents on any Massport properties. Massport's properties and operations are closely linked with federal, state and surrounding communities operations. Therefore the Massport EOC must also be equipped to integrate with the Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency ("MEMA") and Massachusetts State Police ("MSP") EOCs. It must also be able to support collaboration and consumption of source materials from on-site representatives from partner organizations (e.g., MSP, MBTA, Mass DOT, MEMA, FEMA, Mass Aeronautics, US Secret Service, FBI, USCG, TSA, NTSB, and Airline/Maritime Partners).
