Description

The City of Frankfort, KY is seeking proposals for the best locations, design, architecture and other factors for a new bathroom facility. Additionally, the city would request that designs are also created for either a new shelter/pavilion and/or renovation of the existing shelter. The project is expected to include at a minimum the construction of a new restroom facility with a family restroom w/changing table and room as well as storage areas. The project may also include a new pavilion with restrooms and/or possible renovations and rehabilitation of the current pavilion at Dolly Graham Park.
