| Description | Provide design/build services for the concrete repairs at the Municipal Parking Garage located on Canal Street. The parking garage is located between Pine and Ash Street along Canal Park Street. The Centreville Parking Garage is a six level parking facility that was constructed in 1980. The capacity is approximately 360 cars. The garage is approximately 380 feet long by 113 feet wide. The levels are staggered and are approximately 57 feet wide. The garage combines a cast-in-place frame with a pre-cast T deck on level 3 through 6. Levels 1 & 2 are paved on grade. The building has cast-in-place ramps on the east and west ends. There are three stair towers, one at the east and west as well as one in the middle of the garage. The garage was constructed with two expansion joints. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
