Generator Maintenance and Repair Services

The scope of this contract is to provide routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance and repairs to the City of Morgan Hill’s 28 generators at different location throughout the city. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing any and all necessary parts, labor, machine shop work, field work, shop and field welding, miscellaneous repair, travel time, expenses, and equipment necessary to do the work required. Deadline to Submit Questions in writing to Inga Alonzo, Management Analyst at Thursday, April 13, 4:00 p.m. Term of Agreement. The anticipated start date for the new agreement is July 1, 2023, and the anticipated agreement term is three (3) years with the possibility of a one year extension. The successful Contractor and any subcontractor(s) must possess a current and valid California Contractor State Licensing Board (CSLB) license(s) in the classification(s) required by law to perform the work. The successful Contractor will be required to obtain a City of Morgan Hill Business License. The City reserves the right to issue addenda prior to Due Date and Time. All addenda will be posted to the City website.
