| Description | Removal of the existing gravel and roofing system to the roof deck. The contractor will be required to inspect and make as needed repairs to potential damaged plywood substrate in preparation of a new 60-mil mechanically fastened TPO roofing system in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations. Roofing installation will also require the installation of a 2" minimum rigid tapered insulation and 5/8" Dens Glass recovery board.
