| Description | The scope of work is general road maintenance for Garfield County roads in the Baxter Pass area, from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021. Baxter Pass area roads are gravel roads that are approximately 40 miles long and approximately 18 feet wide. Winter maintenance is for approximately 20 miles and summer maintenance is for approximately 40 miles. Work is done on an as-needed basis requested by the Road and Bridge Department. |
