Description Hurricane Matthew washed out a portion of Shawcroft Road and damaged a culvert at the crossing of Cedar Falls Creek. The purpose of this project is to install permanent concrete box culverts that will replace the steel arch culverts installed as a temporary repair after Hurricane Matthew. The repair includes complete replacement of the existing culverts as well as restoration of existing utilities to their pre-Hurricane Matthew state.
