Mechanical Renovations to John Beck and Kissel Hill Elementary Schools

All bidders must obtain bid documents through Moore Engineering Company, or their bids will be rejected Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond of a surety company legally authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in an amount equal to ten (10%) of the bid. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date of the actual opening of bids. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bond or bonds in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price within ten (10) days after the Contract has been awarded and may also be required to furnish a Contractor's Qualification Statement. Warwick School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to accept or reject any parts thereof, or items therein, and to waive any defects or irregularities in bids and bid securities, and to make the award that is determined to be in the best interest of the District. The project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, P.L. 744, the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Acts, and current Davis Bacon Federal Wage Rates.
