TERM: This bid opportunity is for a One (1) year price agreement with an option to extend for four (4) additional one (1) year terms. AWARD: Montgomery County intends to award one supplier. However, a secondary supplier for individual selections may be awarded if it is more cost effective than the primary supplier.
