Public Safety Building Renovation Project Architecture and Engineering Firms

The Work is to provide professional services for design, bidding and Construction Administration and Construction Inspection services in connection with the Public Safety Building Renovation Project. proposed improvements that the City of Morgantown has preliminarily determined to be included in the Firms design for necessary upgrades. Additional renovations and/or upgrades may be warranted and a building assessment is expected from the selected contractor to determine full scope of work: a. Incorporating Elevator replacement into renovation project (elevator already purchased separately; shaft improvements contracted out separately). b. Exterior improvements including I. Exterior lighting improvements II. Concrete stair repairs III. Generator replacement (if budget allows) c. Interior improvements including I. Restroom upgrades II. Door replacement III. Plumbing improvements IV. Painting V. Flooring replacement VI. Electrical work and communication/data upgrades
