Consulting Services - Bus Rapid Transit Feasibility Study

To all interested parties, please be advised that the City of Jersey City, a municipal corporation of the State of New Jersey, will be accepting Proposals in response to this request for proposals for the following services: RFP: Consulting Services - Bus Rapid Transit Feasibility Study Mail/Courier services need to be instructed to hand deliver proposals to the address mentioned. Proposals must be received by Purchasing staff only. Questions by prospective bidders concerning this RFP must be done Electronically Office hours Monday thru Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. The City shall not be responsible for the loss, non delivery, or physical condition of Proposals sent by mail or courier service Proposals must be submitted individually in sealed envelope addressed to the Purchasing Agent. Bid proposal must comply with specifications. Vendors are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 2004, c.57 which includes the requirements that contractors provide copies of their Business Registration Certificates issued by the New Jersey Department of the Treasury. If awarded a contract, Respondent/contractor shall be required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5 31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time

Division 06 -	Wood, Plastics, and Composites, Rough Carpentry.
Division 07 -	Thermal and Moisture Protection, Dampproofing and Waterproofing.
Division 10 -	Specialties, Signage, Protective Covers, Transportation Stop Shelters.
Division 12 -	Furnishings, Multiple Seating, Pews and Benches, Benches.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
Division 31 -	Earthwork.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Sidewalks.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
