Description

Installation of Electric, Plumbing, and HVAC system; restoring the exterior and interior; and other required restoration and rehabilitation. Work performed according to the Department of Interior Rehabilitation Standards. The bidders can bid on above projects separately. Davis-Bacon wages are required. Contractors will be selected based upon (1) costs, (2) experience in historic preservation projects (preferred), (3) proven ability to complete the project according to specifications and on time, (4) experience in federally funded projects, (5) required licensing, liability insurance, and state and federal employee benefit programs, and (6) at least 5 years of experience.
