Three Parks Trail East New Jersey Road from Turtle Rock Drive to Glendale Street

Drainage, flexible pavement, grading, grassing, seeding and sodding, pavement marking and roadway signing. Contractor to provide all required materials, tools, permits, equipment, traffic control, labor and supervision for the construction of the three parks trail east (new jersey road – from turtle rock drive to glendale street). These improvements are as shown in the drawings prepared by the city of lakeland engineering division of public works department (project no. 005273) and generally consist of 1.) removal of the existing 5-foot wide concrete sidewalk along the east side of new jersey road between glendale street and waterford drive and along the west side of new jersey road from waterford drive to turtle rock drive. 2.) construction of an 8 to 10-foot wide multi-use trail along the east side of new jersey road between glendale street and waterford drive, and along the west side of new jersey road between waterford drive and turtle rock drive.
