Description

Installation and maintenance of highway and street lighting, highway and street sign lighting, electronic message boards and traffic control systems, camera systems, traffic signal work, substation and line construction including overhead and underground projects for private and industrial work as in accordance with the IBEW Constitution. This Agreement includes the operation of all tools and equipment necessary for the installation of the above projects. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to increase, to decrease or omit any item or items and/or to award to the lowest and responsible, responsive, bidder.
