RFQ Design - Bear Creek Apartment B Building Maintenance 2023

As of October 13, 2022, this project is in the conceptual phase. An architect has not been selected. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to start prior to May 2023. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The project in Bear Creek Apartment B Building will include upgrades to mechanical system, plumbing, painting, and carpet during the summer of 2023. The Architect/Engineer team will provide design services. Design services include; Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding, Contract Administration, and Post Construction Services, including Reimbursables and Opinion of Probable Cost as required by the Architect/Engineer Agreement Design/Bid/Build (Form SC-5.1), the Architect/Engineer Agreement Terms and Conditions Design/Bid/Build (Form SC-5.1TC), and the University of Colorado Supplemental Terms and Conditions to SC-5.1 and SC-5.1TC. Key personnel from the firm and major consultants who will be directly involved with the project should attend the interview. The interview panel will, in particular, be interested in knowing about the project approach proposed and in meeting the individuals who will act as the primary contacts with The University of Colorado Boulder Housing Facilities Services Group.
