Description

The work primarily consists of, but is not limited to: 1. Removal of existing air-cooled chiller. 2. Disconnecting chiller water electrical and control connections from existing chiller. 3. Installation of new TRANE air cooled Chiller. 4. Connection of existing piping to new chiller. 5. Electrical connection and minor rework of existing power to provide for operation of new chiller. 6. DDC temperature controls connected to the existing building temperature control system.
