Southdale Farms Third Addition

The project shall include the construction of Water, Sewer, Storm and Street Improvement District No. 2021-1 (Southdale Farms Third Addition); consisting of storm sewer, watermain, sanitary sewer, pond excavation, hot bituminous asphalt pavement, curb & gutter, sidewalks, lighting, signing, pavement marking, seeding, mulch and other miscellaneous items. The project will consist of the following approximate quantities: 35,000 CY Unclassified Excavation 26 Acres Seeding and Hydro Mulch/Straw Mulch 7,660 CY Aggregate Base Course Class 5 7,690 TONS FAA43 Hot Bituminous Pavement 7,390 LF Concrete Storm Sewer Various Sizes 4,830 LF PVC Sanitary Sewer Various Sizes 5,200 LF PVC C900 Watermain Various Sizes 12,700 LF Curb & Gutter 1 Street Lighting System Traffic Control and all miscellaneous work necessary therefor and incidental thereto.
