Housing Rehabilitation Program - Roof And Entry Door

Tear off existing house roof. Replace with new ice and snow guard, water barrier, and install new shingles. Replace the main furnace stack that is exposed to weather and flue cap with new 6". Roof edge looks good can be reuse. Original roof sheathing looks good with no gaps over 1/4". Replace all plumbing and flue flashings. Building permit is required. Remove the side entry storm and exterior door. Install the new exterior door and storm with same doors or closest to the units that had been removed. Install new dead bolt and lockset. Insulate the new door frame, and reapply existing door casing. Extension jambs will need to be installed on exterior side of door frame, then wrapped with white coil stock and caulked as need. The contractor and subcontractors are required to visit the project as part of bid preparation.
