Paragould School District - New Playgrounds and Site Drainage Improvements

Ramsons Inc, acting as Construction Manager for the Paragould School District, will receive bids for trade packages for the Paragould School District - New Playgrounds & Site Drainage Improvements, located in Paragould, AR. Bids will be received for the following trade packages: Bid Package #1: General Construction Bid Package #2: Sitework and Drainage Improvements Bid Package #3: Playgrounds Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid that exceeds $50,000, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidder must have a current general or specialty license from the Arkansas Contractor's License Board before the bid proposal will be considered. The bid proposal and the work of the proposed contract shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state, county and local laws, ordinances, and regulations. Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. 22-9-203, Ramsons, Inc. and the Paragould School District encourage all small, minority-owned, and women-owned business enterprises to submit bids for this project.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks.
