Description

DCAMM Certificate. Work consists of constructing a new 1.0 MGD water treatment plant for iron and manganese removal from the Water District’s existing Conant sources. It shall be located at 8 Post Office Square Behind (the existing Conant II site) in Acton, MA. The project shall include a GreensandPlus™ pressure filtration system, aeration, chemical feed systems, a backwash recycling system, settled solids waste system, baffled clearwell, and ancillary equipment and controls. The work also includes all site restoration and miscellaneous work and cleanup necessary to provide a complete and fully operational water treatment plant.
