The contractor shall provide the following services within the Service Area: • Site inspection service – routine inspection of potential known larval development sites • Adult mosquito surveillance • Larval mosquito surveillance and larvicide application • Public Education • City Council Meeting attendance (if required) • Telephone “hot line” for resident reporting • Adult mosquito control • Reports and record keeping The Service Area is approximately 16.3 square miles in size.
