As of August 9, 2022, project is on hold. The project had previously bid, however, the bids came in over budget. A timeline for further progress has not been determined. The apparent low bidder and the next two lowest bidders must submit, to the Architect, originals of the Bidding Documents within two (2) business days from the date of the bid opening. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the base bid.
