| Description | The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT") is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide Roadway Lighting and Electric Maintenance Services for assets on various roadways on an as-needed (requirements-type contract) basis throughout the VDOT Northern Region Operations service area which includes the counties of Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, Stafford, Spotsylvania and Caroline. Period of contract: One year from date of award with four (4) optional one year renewal periods. Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Jason Bailey via email at Jason.Bailey@VDOT.Virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions no later than five (5) days prior to the bid closing. |
