Carnegie-Schadde Memorial Library Expansion and Remodel

The project is for the construction of an addition to and renovation of the existing library facility. The multi-level addition is 18,636 sf and the remodeling is 13,241 sf. Project includes site development with a parking areas, drives, landscaping and site work. The facility will be constructed with a concrete slab on grade floors, concrete foundations, precast plank and steel bar joist floor structures, steel structural frame, metal stud framing, masonry veneer, metal siding and membrane roofing over steel bar joist/decking. The project has phased construction completion dates in 2023.
