Description

Frederick County, Maryland (the “County”) is seeking proposals from qualified heating and cooling system firms (the “Contractor”) for the provision of all labor, materials, equipment, parts, permits, insurance, supervision, and transportation necessary to maintain all brands of HVAC systems located throughout the County. The services are to be provided on an as-needed basis and may include full maintenance services, including routine/preventive maintenance services, minor repairs, inspections, and emergency/major maintenance services (including all operating, distributing, and controlling components). Services are to be provided in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications of this solicitation.
