Elevator and Lift Services - Inspect, Maintain, and Repair

Elevator and Lift Services – Inspect, Maintain, and Repair on behalf of the School Board of Volusia County, Florida (herein referred to as the “District”) and the Safety Department. These services will include, but are not limited to, services, cleanings, inspections, maintenance, repairs, the quarterly and annually preventive maintenance and emergency services, as well as the parts, labor, and supervision needed to maintain District elevators and lift stations in operating condition, including certification and compliance with all state and local laws. Travel time is NOT included as a separate cost. Services are to be provided at various District sites within Volusia County, Florida at bidder(s) specified firm unit pricing, hourly labor rates and percentage (%) discounts off manufacturer suggested retail price on parts, supplies and materials needed for repairs during the contract period.
