Description

Removal of the existing culverts, curb and gutter, asphalt pavement and unclassified excavation. Installation of new culverts (12-inch to 24-inch x 38-inch), apron endwalls, new gravel base, asphalt pavement, curb and gutter and restoration. The 2017-2019 Wisconsin State Budget (2017 Wisconsin Act 59) repealed Wisconsins 46 prevailing wage laws. Effective September 23, 2017, state prevailing wage requirements 47 on state building projects no longer apply. These changes take effect for projects 48 advertised for bid after September 23, 2017. This change does not affect the Federal 49 Davis Bacon Act requirements. A pre-bid meeting will NOT be held. This project involves the removal of the existing culverts, curb and gutter, asphalt pavement and unclassified excavation. Installation of new culverts (12-inch to 24-inch x 38-inch), apron endwalls, new gravel base, asphalt pavement, curb and gutter and restoration. . The project is located on the north end of the University Of Wisconsin Green Bay campus at the intersection of E Circle Drive and Scottwood Drive/CTH I.
