Providing design professional services for a project known as Project No.TCSG-372 7 West Bay Culinary Institute Renovation, at Savannah Technical College in Savannah, Georgia. 7 West Bay Street will be a renovation of approximately 14,556 Square Feet. Planned use includes: • Instructional Kitchen • Demonstration Kitchen • Student-run Bakery • Student-run Restaurant • Classrooms/Teaching Labs The hands-on, real-world experience in the bakery (breakfast/lunch) and restaurant (lunch/dinner) will allow students the opportunity to apply techniques learned in the classroom to practical use, complete a required field placement, and gain first-hand experience in running a restaurant and serving the general public
