Description

The Work consists of pedestrian and signal improvements along Azalea Avenue and Wilkinson Road. Sidewalk installation will be done on the north side of Azalea Avenue between Henrico High School and Pony Farm Drive; between Wilkinson Road and Richmond Henrico Turnpike; and on the west side of Wilkinson Road between the Dollar General Store and Kirkland Drive. The Work also includes new (replacement) traffic signals with pedestrian signalization at the intersection of Azalea Avenue and Wilkinson Road.
